# Action Gate Panel

The Action Gate Panel translates authorization logic into an operator-usable decision. It answers: **can this action proceed now under the current state and policy conditions?**

* Final decision status (allow, warn, or block)
* Action integrity score and banding
* Requirement outcomes and missing prerequisites
* Warnings, policy conditions, and reason codes
* Links into deeper trace views when needed
